Chambrr Music – Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 2026

Welcome to Chambrr Music, a premier destination for music production, recording, and creative exploration. By booking, accessing, or using our studio services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Chambrr Music.

 
1. Use of Studio Services
Chambrr Music provides studio facilities for recording, production, mixing, mastering, and related creative services.

Clients must comply with all studio rules, operational guidelines, and staff instructions.
Any misuse, negligence, or unauthorized use of equipment or facilities that results in damage may incur repair or replacement charges.
Sessions are booked for specific time slots. Late arrival does not extend session time and does not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
Respect for staff, equipment, and other clients is required at all times.
 
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
All services are billed at the rates confirmed at booking.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be charged the full session fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.
 
3. Rights & Ownership
Chambrr Music does not claim ownership of any music or content created during your session.
All intellectual property rights remain solely with the client.
With client consent, Chambrr Music may use excerpts of recordings, photos, or behind-the-scenes content for promotional or marketing purposes.
Any licensing, copyright registration, or distribution decisions remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
4. Liability & Disclaimer
Chambrr Music is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
Clients are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings.
While we maintain professional standards of safety and care, unforeseen events (including equipment issues, power outages, or emergencies) may require session adjustments, delays, or cancellations.
Chambrr Music’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.
 
5. Amendments to Terms
Chambrr Music reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updates will be communicated via our website or directly to clients when applicable.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
 
Acknowledgment
By booking or using Chambrr Music services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

CHAMBRR MUSIC – COPYRIGHT & LICENSING POLICY
Effective January 2026

 
1. Purpose of This Policy
Chambrr Music operates as a professional production studio and rights-holder.
All beats, instrumentals, and compositions are protected under U.S. copyright law prior to licensing or sale.

This policy ensures:

Clear ownership
Legal protection for both parties
Clean chains of title for releases, syncs, and exclusives
 
2. Copyright Ownership (Non-Negotiable)
All beats and instrumentals created by Chambrr Music are:

Copyrighted as Unpublished Works
Registered with the U.S. Copyright Office
Owned by Chambrr Music unless otherwise stated in writing
Clients do not own copyright unless:

An Exclusive License is purchased
Or a Written Assignment Agreement is executed
 
3. Beat Leasing Policy (Non-Exclusive)
What a Lease Includes:
Non-exclusive right to use the beat
Artist may release songs commercially
Beat remains available for licensing to others
Copyright ownership remains with Chambrr Music
Copyright Handling:
Beats are pre-copyrighted in bulk
Registration predates lease execution
Client receives a license certificate, not ownership
Client Responsibilities:
Proper producer credit:
“Produced by Chambrr Music”
No copyright registration in client’s name
No Content ID claims on the instrumental alone
📌 Violation of these terms voids the lease

 
4. Exclusive Beat Policy
Eligibility:
Exclusives are only available for beats that:

Are already registered with the U.S. Copyright Office
Have a clean licensing history
Have not exceeded internal lease limits
What an Exclusive Includes:
Sole commercial usage rights
Beat is removed from leasing catalog
Transfer of master usage rights (not automatic publishing)
Copyright Handling:
Copyright registration remains in Chambrr Music’s name
Optional copyright reassignment available for an additional fee
Copyright transfer occurs only after full payment clears
📌 No exclusives are sold without copyright registration in place

 
5. Copyright Transfer (Optional Add-On)
If a client requests full ownership:

Separate Copyright Assignment Agreement required
Transfer filed with the U.S. Copyright Office
Additional administrative fee applies
Turnaround: 7–14 business days
Until transfer is complete:

Chambrr Music remains the legal copyright holder
 
6. Publishing & Royalties
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Chambrr Music retains producer publishing share
Standard split: 50% Writer / 50% Producer
PRO registration handled individually or by agreement
Clients are responsible for:

Registering songs with their PRO
Maintaining accurate metadata
 
7. Content ID & DSP Policy
Chambrr Music reserves the right to Content ID instrumentals
Clients may not Content ID leased beats
Exclusive clients may request ID removal in writing
 
8. Refund & Dispute Protection
Due to copyright registration and licensing actions:

All beat sales are final
No refunds after license delivery
Copyright filings are legal actions and non-reversible
 
9. Studio Safeguards
Chambrr Music:

Registers works monthly or quarterly
Maintains internal copyright logs
Can provide registration numbers upon request
Any unauthorized use may result in:

DMCA takedowns
License termination
Legal enforcement
 
10. Client Acknowledgment
By purchasing, leasing, or downloading a beat from Chambrr Music, the client agrees to all terms herein.
